I had been to 4 facilities before PCMH, none of which I stayed more than 10 days. This was the first facility I successfully completed, thanks to the staff. The staff/clinical team was personable, supportive, knowledgeable and overall very helpful in my healing journey. Special thanks to Noemi. She always went above and beyond and made me feel at home. Another big thanks to Marissa, she made me feel the most comfortable. She treated me as a friend, rather than a patient at a facility. Another staff I’m so grateful to have met, Dr. Soran was beyond helpful in my healing journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better case manager. He never ceased to put a smile on my face, with his bubble personality and dad jokes. Lastly, I want to thank the nurse, Jess. She always listened to what I had to say without judgement. She inspired me in countless ways, and gave me so much hope. I felt very safe here and my needs were always tended to. Staff was always open to compromise on any issue or idea I had brought to their attention; The VP, christina went out of her way to buy a keyboard on my behalf per my request to help me settle in and feel at home. Overall this program was a phenomenal experience for me and I’m beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to come here.
