Bijan Risdana has been a Chef since 2004. Trained in the art of French cuisine but never one to stick to just one style – if it’s delicious, he’s cooking it. With a strong background in dietary guidelines and nutrition, he knows how to craft meals that are both flavorful and nourishing.
After years of working in and even owning restaurants and catering services, he found his true calling in an unexpected place, addiction and mental health treatment. Now, instead of chasing Michelin stars, he’s serving up meals that nourish, not just the body, but the soul.
For Bijan, the best part of the job isn’t just the food – it’s the conversations, the connections, and knowing that a well-cooked meal can make a real difference in the lives of his clients.
